Government Departments
Government departments (such as the Agricultural Ministry, the PWD, the Judicial etc.) can use LPO's (Local Purchase Orders), but other corporations or businesses can use credit cards as well as LPO's. LPO's are better used by large companies, as there is a record of purchase of goods and services.
