To send money

1. Visit your moneygram agent taking some personal identification with you
2. Complete a simple send form and hand this to the moneygram agent along with the money you want to send and the transfer fee. You may also include a 10-word message on the form
3. You will be given a reference number
4. Contact the person to whom you’re sending the money and give them the reference number. In just 10 minutes the money will be ready to collect

To receive money

1. Ask the person who is sending the money to give you the reference number- this will help speed up your collection
2. Visit a moneygram agent taking some identification and your reference number with you
3. Complete our simple ‘receive’ form and show your identification. You will then be given your money, usually in your local currency.
